Tribal Council opens EQC-Tacoma’s new hotel

The Puyallup Tribal Council and Puyallup Tribe Culture Director Connie McCloud, with Emerald Queen Casino General Manager Frank Wright Jr., opened the new EQC hotel in Tacoma with a blessing on Wednesday morning. The latest addition to the new casino features a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of Puget Sound, a fitness center, conference spaces and 155 luxury rooms and suites. Coast Salish artwork is visible throughout the hotel.
