She opened the ceremony in prayer, followed by the Blessing of the Floor song by David Duenas Sr., performed by members of the Culture and Language departments. On Monday, the Duenas brothers – Chris, Anthony and Daniel – unveiled their new designs featured on utility boxes around the Emerald Queen Casino and East 32nd Street, right off Portland Avenue. On Feb. 25, the School Board voted to name its new school Swift Water Elementary School.
