Puyallup Tribal Members can purchase their firework licenses between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. May 17-19 at the Puyallup Tribal Admin building parking lot, 3009 East Portland Ave., Tacoma. A lottery will be held at 6:30 p.m. May 20 to determine spots in Firecracker Alley, which will be held at 2102 Alexander Ave., Tacoma, near the Emerald Queen Riverboat dock.
