Attention Puyallup Tribal Elders: Smoked turkey and gifts will be given to Elders 55 and older from 1 to 3 p.m. today, Dec. 18, at the Puyallup Tribe Elders Wellness Center, 3010 Duct Cho St. (Note: Participants must be registered Tribal Elders. To safeguard against COVID-19, participants must be from Washington state.) Those who wish to participate should drive up to the center’s front door. Do not get out of your vehicle – the food will be placed in your trunk.

Drive-thru Holiday Lights display set for Dec. 18

The Puyallup Tribal Community is invited to enjoy a drive-thru Holiday Lights display from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18. No charge – Tribal Council authorized this event to safely spread some Christmas cheer in lieu of the annual Christmas party, which was canceled due to COVID-19. The display will be at Chief Leschi Schools, 5625 52nd St. East, Puyallup. Enter through the main entrance and please stay in your car at all times for safety. Santa will make an appearance before you exit the event.
