The Crisis Assistance Program (CAP) would like to remind everyone that power companies will not disconnect services due to non-payment. NO power company will call and demand payment. If anyone is the recipient of a phone call like this, please hang up immediately and call your power company directly. CAP recently received additional funding from the COVID CARES Relief Fund to provide up to $2,000 for utility bills only, under CAP guidelines.
