Tribal members may register now for the July 11 Membership meeting. Registration is required.

Topics will be the same covered in the June 27 virtual Membership meeting: upcoming changes to the per capita program, and the minor’s trust. People who missed the June 27 meeting or have additional questions are encouraged to attend.

Staying home and using the Zoom platform is the best way to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. However, Members also have the option of attending in person at the Emerald Queen Casino-Fife Ballroom as long as they register and follow safety procedures. You must register in advance to attend in person. There will be four sessions, and in-person attendance will be limited to 30 people at a time to ensure social distancing and help prevent the spread of COVID-19. There will be no limit on the number of Members who can participate online. Each session will last up to 90 minutes, followed by a 30-minute break.

Members should sign up for only one session. Registration is required whether attending in-person or online:

  • 8 a.m.  (for Elders and caretakers only)
  • 10 a.m.
  • Noon
  • 2 p.m.

If you want to attend online, click this link: https://bit.ly/3egtm7f , fill out the form. Staff will verify your enrollment number and send a confirmation email with a link for the meeting information.

The day of the meeting, open your confirmation email, use the blue link that says “Click Here to Join”. You will join the meeting. While the online meeting starts at 8 a.m., you can join the meeting of your choice. There is no need to participate in more than one session. So if your meeting is 10 a.m., Noon, or 2 p.m., go to your email and still use the “Click Here to Join” link.

If you want to ask questions, use the Q&A feature in Zoom. Your question will be read aloud for Council or staff to answer. It may be consolidated with similar questions.

If you have problems registering, email AskCouncil@PuyallupTribe-nsn.gov.

If you want to attend in person, click this link: https://bit.ly/3iDE1MZ to fill out the form, pick a session, you will be sent a confirmation email. Please show up to the time you have registered for, we have a strict limit of 30 people. Children and caregivers must also be registered.
