April 12-April 23 – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

The two-week hearing on the Tacoma LNG Air permit issued by the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency begins Monday.

“Tacoma LNG is in a densely populated area, but no authority has looked at the consequences of a catastrophic incident,” said Bill Sterud, chairman of the Puyallup Tribal Council, in a media advisory issued by the Washington Environmental Council (read the advisory through this link: https://wecprotects.org/news/puget-sound-energy-to-be-tried-in-court-over-tacoma-lng-facility/). “That is unfair and dangerous.”
