Join staff of Grandview Early Learning Center from 5 to 7 p.m. July 30 for a public hearing to learn about new Child Care and Development Fund regulations and grand guidelines. The program includes food, drinks, a giveaway, survey, and open communication in which questions, concerns and suggestions are encouraged.
